He develops outreach strategies, monitors evolving regulations and advises our leadership team on compliance. Surya has turned diplomacy into tangible outcomes, most recently by securing introductions at two Indian state governments and initiating active dialogues with education ministries to advance AI policy and curriculum initiatives.

He leverages Canada’s strategic partnership with India and its focus on digital industries like AI to connect our work with policymakers, industry leaders and community groups on both sides of the Pacific.

By building trust across sectors and borders, he helps us ensure that Learnova’s programs align with global standards and deliver ethical, responsible innovation.

Pavan Aujla, Vernon BC

As a seasoned compliance strategist and ecosystem architect, Pavan has spent more than two decades working in the financial and real‑estate sectors addressing within complex risk frameworks. Today, as an education partner with ThoughtsWin and ML Health 360, Pavan helps highly regulated industries adopt AI responsibly, balancing innovation with ethics and regulatory rigor.

A member of the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs and Think Tank Global Health Innovation, Pavan brings a global perspective to every project, having participated in international innovation missions and the 2023 G20 summit.

Inder is an accomplished entrepreneur and real‑estate investor who specializes in bringing people together across sectors.

As Director of Outreach he leads our cross‑industry engagement strategy, building relationships, broader business community, and translating them into ethical AI opportunities, closely with Jaspreet.

Inder develop partnership strategies and align them with organizational goals while adding his own flair as a high‑impact connector, ensuring our work resonates across cultural and commercial boundaries.

Angela Kate Haer, Vancouver BC

Director of Education & Community Development

Angela brings a rare blend of public‑sector leadership, entrepreneurial drive and educational expertise. She is an elected Vancouver Park Board commissioner who holds a master’s in education from McGill University and a proven advocate for inclusive, accessible public spaces.

Beyond her civic role, she co‑founded Pure Life Cannabis, a Health Canada‑licensed medical cannabis facility focused on supporting veterans and first responders living with pain and PTSD, and she has extensive experience in real estate development and health/life sciences ventures.

This combination of strategic leadership, community advocacy and operational know‑how informs her work as our pedagogy architect: she guides the creation of our children’s AI curriculum and community programs, ensuring they are rigorous, culturally sensitive and grounded in real‑world needs.
